EPR version 5.6.2 - This is the latest version of the EPR application that is available for download.

TECHNICAL ADVISORY:  EPR does not work with Internet Explorer version 9.0.

There have been issues reported with Internet Explorer version 9.0 and the EPR team is working to test this new version. Internet Explorer versions 7.0 and 8.0 are compatible with the EPR applications and are recommended.

ATTENTION:

1. Please review the revised System Requirements for EPR v. 5.6.2.
2. Please carefully read and follow the Download and Installation instructions below.

If this is the first time installing EPR on this machine refer to System Requirements

EPR INSTALL

1. Please uninstall all previous versions of EPR before installing EPR v 5.6.2.

2. Save EPR.msi to your PC in a temporary location (for example: C:\Temp). The size of this file is over 54 MB so be sure there is enough disk space to save this file.

3. EPR.msi is a self-extracting installation file. Run this file by double-clicking on the file in Windows Explorer or My Computer; or, from the Start menu, select Run... and enter the command:  EPR.msi, with the full path of the location of this file, if necessary.

4. Once the installation begins, a Welcome screen will appear. Click Next.

5. By default EPR is installed in the C:\jhmcis\EPR directory; you are given the option to select a different directory for the installation.

6. When the installation completes, a Setup Complete screen appears. Click Finish.

7. The installation places the EPR shortcut on your Start menu.
   

NOTE:

• You must have Administrator privileges on your PC to install EPR.

• Data corruption problems (missing, lost, inaccessible, or unreadable data) and any problem requiring immediate response should be reported to the Help Desk (955-HELP) for immediate response.

• All other EPR problems and comments may be reported using the EPR Suggestion Box button within the EPR application. The EPR Suggestion Box is monitored during normal business hours -- Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

  The Suggestion Box is the button with an envelope, located at the upper right side of the main EPR screen.

• Problems with your PC or Printer should be referred to your LAN Administrator.
