ATTENTION: ALL JHSECURE VPN USERS FOR REMOTE ACCESS - SERVICE TERMINATION
The JHSecure VPN remote access product will be retired on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 and will no longer be supported or used to access the Johns Hopkins Network.

JHSecure is being replaced by JHConnect, a tool that uses browser technologies to make secure connections to the Johns Hopkins Network.

The new JHConnect tool is available and information can be found here:   https://portalcontent.johnshopkins.edu/sslvpn/JHConnect-FAQ.html

EPR and WebEPR require a VPN to ensure secure remote access. If you need assistance configuring systems with this new technology, please contact your LAN administrator.

If you encounter any issues or problems when using JHConnect, please contact the Help Desk at 410-735-HELP(4357) for additional support.

Technical Advisory: Microsoft Vista
The EPR client application is NOT compatible with ANY version of Microsoft Vista.
